Emma Goldsack runs the Marathon for Lisa’s fund 22nd April 2012 and raises £1500

“I was approached by Robert Barnes, husband of Lisa, asking me for my help and ideas for his fund raising, I started to think! Robert has worked nonstop since losing Lisa.  Turning 30 this year made me want to get off my back side and do something worthwhile, and that I would look back on and say ”wow, I actually completed that”. I came up with the idea of a charity calendar, which is on sale now for 2012, and in April this year I am going to be attempting to complete the London Marathon after successfully gaining a place.

Robert is working really so very hard to raise £100,000 for Arthur Rank Hospice, in memory of his ”Little Soldier” and I am proud to be helping.

Thank you for your support, and although it may take me a few days, weeks…..I will complete the route so please dig deep and donate now. “
